Proposed Unlisted Use (Outbuilding and 3 x Water Tanks) and Building Envelope Modification at 161 Cinnamon Meander, Two Rocks (DA2023/272)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 27 June 2023.

The application proposes the following:

• An outbuilding of dimension 20 metres by 12 metres with a 5 metre wide awning attached to one side;
• Installation of three 32,000 litre water tanks next to the outbuilding being 3 metres in height and 3.95 metres in diameter;
• A building envelope modification to increase the approved building envelope from 1200m² to 2000m². As part of the building envelope modification the applicant is proposing to retain their existing 1200m² envelope and create a second separate 800m² building envelope to the rear of the property.
