Proposed Unlisted Use (Outbuilding and 3 x Water Tanks) and Building Envelope Modification at 161 Cinnamon Meander, Two Rocks (DA2023/272)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 27 June 2023.
The application proposes the following:
- An outbuilding of dimension 20 metres by 12 metres with a 5 metre wide awning attached to one side;
- Installation of three 32,000 litre water tanks next to the outbuilding being 3 metres in height and 3.95 metres in diameter;
- A building envelope modification to increase the approved building envelope from 1200m2 to 2000m2. As part of the building envelope modification the applicant is proposing to retain their existing 1200m2 envelope and create a second separate 800m2 building envelope to the rear of the property.
