The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 19 June 2023.
The application proposes an upper floor extension, retaining walls and a garage at 5 Tyson Place, Quinns Rocks.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Total wall height of dwelling is 7.6m;
- Height of the turret being 8.7m;
- The garage is located 0.7m from the west side boundary; and
- The cone of vision from the retaining wall extension extends to the west side boundary.
