The application proposes a change of use to a Place of Worship at Unit 1, 6 Stevenage Street, Yanchep.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Change of use is within the existing unit;
- Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday 8am to 10pm: Sunday - typically 8am - 2pm with occasional functions between 2pm and 8pm;
- Maximum of 120 attendees at any given time; and
- A Traffic Impact Statement provided.
