Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 105 Moorpark Avenue, Yanchep  (DA2023/517)


The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 July 2023.


The application proposes an outbuilding at the north-eastern corner of the site. The shed proposes a 10m long fire rated wall at 2.5m wall height, with 0.15m setback from northern boundary (your shared boundary) and width of 3.9m. Shed enclosure is 29.64m2 at the rear end of the structure. The proposal has a 9.36m2 unenclosed area to the front of the structure with 2.5m high post and a 6.5m setback from the street boundary. The shed is proposed with a 2.5m wall height and 3.1m roof ridge height.
