Proposed Amendment to Previously Approved Multiple Dwellings - 87 Units (Amendment to DA2022/1039) at 50 Alexandria View (DA2023/547)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 July 2023.
The application proposes an amendment to a previously approved eight storey Multiple Dwelling at 50 Alexandria View, Mindarie.
Key changes to the approved plans consist of the following:
- Reduction and reconfiguration of multiple dwellings from 88 apartments to 87 apartments;
- Modification of mix of one, two and three bedroom dwellings;
- Modification of car parking configuration and reallocation of parking bays;
- Relocation of apartment storerooms and internal reconfiguration of bin store area;
- 480mm increase to entire height of building which is distributed across all floors of the building; and
- Reconfiguration of landscaped areas.
