The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 August 2023.
The application proposes a retaining wall at 12 Burt Street, Quinns Rocks.
The retaining wall is proposed along the north-western boundary to the rear of the site.
The proposal is retaining a height of 0.6m to a maximum 1.3m at the rear of the property for a length of 13.5m.
The remainder of the proposed retaining (6.5m long) is terraced down to retain a height of 0.6m to a maximum 1m.
