The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 2 August 2023.


The application proposes a patio at 15 Evandale Road, Darch.


Details of the patio are as follows:

  • Length to the Eastern boundary - 15.1 metres;
  • Length to the Southern boundary - 20.1 metres;
  • Wall Height - 2.9 metres;
  • Overall Height - 3 metres; and
  • Setback of 0.5 metres to the Eastern and Southern boundaries.
