The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 8 August 2023.
The application proposes a garage and upper floor extension at 54 Manbari Crescent, Wanneroo.
The extension proposes a 9m long boundary wall with a height of 5.4m along the Northern boundary.
The upper floor extension proposes a 10m long wall with a height of 6m along the Southern boundary with a 1.5m setback to the boundary.
The extension proposes a balcony on the upper floor. The balcony is 3.5m long with a 6.8m setback from the Western boundary.
