Proposed Child Care Centre Development at Lot 78 (10) Russell Road, Madeley (DA2023/720)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 August 2023.
The application proposes a Child Care Centre at 10 Russell Road, Madeley.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The Child Care Centre is to be located on the northern portion of the lot with access from Russell Road only;
- A maximum of 92 children on site at any one time;
- A maximum of 15 staff members on site at any one time;
- A total of 25 car bays are located on the property including 15 staff bays and 10 visitor bays (one of which is an ACROD bay);
- The development is to retain the existing verge trees on Russell Road;
- Associated landscaping and signage; and
- Operating hours:
- Monday - Friday 7.00am to 6.30pm; and
- Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 8.00am to 6.00pm.
