The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 September 2023.


The application proposes a single dwelling and associated ancillary dwelling at 66 Callison Way, Koondoola. The applicant is proposing a setback to the proposed carport of 0.818m to the adjoining lot boundary in lieu of the required 1m.  


Due to the reduced lot boundary setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

 

Building bulk;

Sunlight and ventilation;

Overlooking;

Effective use of space; and

Amenity.
