The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 September 2023.

The application proposes an ancillary dwelling at 9 Gameson Way, Girrawheen.

The application proposes an ancillary dwelling at the north-western corner of the site. The proposed ancillary dwelling is 14.6m in length and 2.4m in height with a 1m minimum setback to the western boundary.
