LAND DISPOSITION - Proposal to Licence portion of Lot 504 (231) Ocean Drive, Quinns Rocks
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the property as follows:
Licensee: Shack Holdings Pty Ltd
Property: 14.8m2 (approximate) portion of Lot 504 (231) Ocean Drive, Quinns Rocks (Reserve 48306), comprising 2 car parking bays.
Term: Two (2) years commencing on execution of the licence by the parties. Either party may terminate the licence with 2 months notice.
Option: Not applicable
Licence Fee: $2,000 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings incremented by 3%
Market Valuation: $1,500 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings
Permitted Use: Installation and use of a storage container for the storage of the Licensee’s furniture and equipment (used for its adjacent hospitality business).
