Proposed Retrospective Single House Addition (Patio and Screening) at 4 Humpback Rise, Alkimos (DA2024/155)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 April 2024.
The application is seeking approval (retrospectively) for a patio and screening. Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The dimensions of the patio are 4.5m (L) x 4.3m (W) x 2.48m (H).
- The screening and patio roof are setback 0.5m to the eastern boundary with 0.3m to the posts.
- The patio roof is setback 0.7m from the northern boundary with the posts and screening setback 0.2m from the northern boundary.
