Proposed Single House and Single House Additions (Front Fence, Retaining Walls & Outbuilding) at 39 Sovereign Drive, Two Rocks (DA2024/226)


 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 April 2024.


The application proposes retaining walls along Northern East and West boundaries. The proposed retaining wall along Northern East boundary is 19m long with a maximum of 0.8m retaining height at the shared boundary. The proposed retaining wall along Northern West boundary (your shared boundary) is 15.6m long with maximum of 0.9m retaining height.

The application also proposes an outbuilding in the Northern corner of the site with wall and ridge height of 2.4m and 4.2m from retained levels. The proposed outbuilding is 6m by 10m long along Northern East and Northern West boundaries respectively with 1m setback. 

The front fence and front retaining walls are located within the primary setback area with maximum 0.6m retaining height and 1.2m high permeable infill screen.
