The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 April 2024.


The application proposes a single house addition (garage and upper floor) at 14 Windarra Heights, Marangaroo. 

Details of the proposal are as follows:

  • A 9.5m boundary wall to the eastern boundary; and
  • An upper floor setback of 1.3m from the eastern boundary;

    Due to the reduced setback and length of the boundary wall, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
