The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 May 2024.
The application proposes a change of use to a Holiday House at 9 Long Beach Promenade, Mindarie.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- A maximum of six (6) guests at any given time;
- The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the site;
- Check in time is after 3pm and check out before 10am; and
- A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant, which is attached, outlining how the use will be managed and run.
