Proposed Single House and Ancillary Accommodation at 10 Flicker Way, Eglinton (DA2024/199)


 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 April 2024.


The application proposes a lot boundary setback of 1m in lieu of 1.2m. The wall does not include any windows, however, there is an entry door to the ancillary accommodation. The Ancillary accommodation is also directly accessible from the garage.
