The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 May 2024.
The application proposes an Educational Establishment Addition (Classroom Building) at 77 Queensway Road, Landsdale.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- A two-storey building to accommodate technology and art rooms at ground level and 6 classrooms at the upper level;
- Provides 36 additional car parking bays, landscaping and two crossovers for vehicle access to Babylon Bend; and
- Increase the number of students from 215 to 344.
