Annual Review of Cell Costs - East Wanneroo Cell 1 Developer Contribution Arrangements
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo
has prepared the above mentioned annual review of cell costs, including a
revised Land Valuation recommended by the City appointed Valuation Panel.
The annual review relates to the suburbs of Ashby and Tapping and proposes a broad hectare englobo land value of $1,862,500.00 and a reduction to the Infrastructure Cost Per Lot from $25,835.54 to $18,808.74.
