Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) - Lot 106 (23) Barwon Place, Yanchep - DA2019/630
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned application which proposes an outbuilding (shed) 1 metre from the north-western boundary (shared boundary with 21 Barwon Place). The outbuilding wall closest to this boundary will measure 3.5 metres in height and 11 metres in length.
