Proposed Change of Use to Holiday House at 40 Cadoux Loop, Hocking (DA2021/1483)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 November 2021.
Details of the Holiday House include:
- Maximum of 8 persons (incorporating both guests
and visitors) are permitted on the property at any one time;
- Dwelling is an existing 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom
home;
- Four parking bays on the property – two in garage
and two on driveway;
- Minimum 2 nights stay;
- Bookings will be verified prior to approval;
- Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by no later than 10am;
- Guest Handbook provided on site;
- Excessive noise is not tolerated between the
hours of 10pm and 7am Monday to Saturday and 10pm to 9am on Sunday;
- No pets are permitted on the property;
- If a complaint is made to the property manager,
the complainant is to be kept informed throughout the process;
- Property Managers contact details to be made
available to all guests and adjoining residents. Property managers are
contactable 24/7.
