The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 November 2021.

Details of the Holiday House include:

• Maximum of 8 persons (incorporating both guests and visitors) are permitted on the property at any one time;
• Dwelling is an existing 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home;
• Four parking bays on the property – two in garage and two on driveway;
• Minimum 2 nights stay;
• Bookings will be verified prior to approval;
• Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by  no later than 10am;
• Guest Handbook provided on site;
• Excessive noise is not tolerated between the hours of 10pm and 7am Monday to Saturday and 10pm to 9am on Sunday;
• No pets are permitted on the property;
• If a complaint is made to the property manager, the complainant is to be kept informed throughout the process;
• Property Managers contact details to be made available to all guests and adjoining residents. Property managers are contactable 24/7.
