Free annual park passes to Yanchep National Park were released on 1st September for residents* under a joint partnership between the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) and the City.
A limited number of Park passes are available and will be allocated on a first-in, best-dressed basis. The pass will allow you unlimited entry to Yanchep National Park for one year and can be shared across two vehicle registrations. All the City asks in return is that you share your feedback and experiences with us, though survey participation.
How to Apply?
The ONLINE passes have now all been allocated, but a LIMITED number of passes can be applied for by residents *IN PERSON at the City of Wanneroo Civic Centre office or Clarkson Library. The temporary pass must be validated and redeemed for a permanent pass at Yanchep National Park, within 8 weeks of receiving your temporary pass.
NOTE: The number of free passes is limited and once gone, the usual annual Park pass fee of $23 will apply or $13 for a Day Entry Pass.
* The passes are available to you if you are a rate payer and can show a Rates Notice or if you are a resident and can show a driving licence or utility bill to prove this.
