Get your skates on for FREE youth event

The City of Wanneroo and Satterley's Brighton Estate are proud to present the Butler Bonanza – a free community event celebrating youth culture.


Head down to Kingsbridge Reserve in Butler on Friday 20 January from 1pm to 8pm and enjoy a fun filled day of activities including The Game Vault, Cultural and hip hop dance performances, bouncy castle, sumo suits, free BBQ and modelling stage performance.

Mayor Tracey Roberts said the event encourages young people over 10 years of age to participate in a variety of sports and activities plus a youth and community info hub.

“The event is a chance for our community to come together and celebrate our youth,” Mayor Roberts said.

“Come down and enjoy being entertained by local music artists with a full stage line featuring West Australian Youth Jazz Orchestra with Premiss Collective MCs headlining at 7pm.

“There will be sports clinics run by West Coast Eagles, WACA and Football West plus Freestyle Now are running a skate, scooter and BMX competition with registrations starting from 1pm.

“I encourage everyone to come along to this not to be missed event that promises to deliver a great day out.”
