Proposed Change of Use (Restaurant to Tavern) at T25 and T26 / 161 Butler Boulevard, Butler (DA2022/42)
The premises currently operates as 3Sheets on the Track, under a ‘Restaurant’ use and a Restaurant Liquor Licence. This application seeks to change the use from ‘Restaurant’ to ‘Tavern’ so that 3Sheets on the Track can operate under a Tavern Restricted Licence.
The application proposes the following:
- A
maximum of 400 of patrons at any one given time
- Operational
hours of Monday to Saturday 7:00am until Midnight and Sunday 10:00am until
Midnight.
- No external changes to the building façade
