The application proposes a 3 unit development within the mixed use zone for a Recreation Centre, Medical Centre and Office. The details of the proposed development are as follows:

·         24 on site bays provided, including 1 disabled bay;

·         Operating hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm;

·         2 practitioners within the Medical Centre;

·         Recreation Centre to accommodate a maximum of 20 patrons and 2 staff at any one time; and

·         Rear courtyard and landscaping located at the rear of the property
