JDAP - Proposed Medical Centre, Childcare Centre and Restaurant (Amendment DA2020/540) at 2 Pollino Gardens, Landsdale (DA2022/476)

Public comment is invited on the above proposal which seeks modifications to the previously approved Child Care Centre and Medical Centre at the abovementioned site (DA2020/540). These modifications include the following:


Child Care Centre relocated from the upper to ground floor.

  • Increased from approximately 1,466m2 to 1,572.2m2 in size;
  • Number of children increased from 90 to 100 children; and
  • Number of staff increased from 14 to 20.

Medical Centre relocated from ground to the upper floor.

  • Reduced from approximately 881m2 to 252.6m2 in size; and
  • Number of practitioners reduced from 12 to 6.

Modification of parking from 60 bays to 40 bays, with an additional 20 bays proposed within the adjoining road reserve (subject to separate consideration).

Addition of a 106.8m2 Restaurant tenancy on the ground floor.
