Proposed Change of Use to Massage Premises at 6/2 Marchwood Boulevard, Butler (DA2022/738)
The application proposes a Massage Premises that will operate between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm 7 days per week with a maximum of four (4) customers at a time. A Massage Premises is considered an ‘Unlisted Use’ under the City’s planning scheme. In accordance with the Department of Planning’s recent amendments to the planning regulations all Unlisted Uses require public consultation prior to a determination being made.
