The application proposes a patio at the abovementioned address. The patio proposes to be:
- 10.2metres in length, have a post setback of nil and roof setback of 0.5metre from the western boundary;
- 5.8metres in length and have a post and roof setback of 0.5metre from the southern boundary; and
- Wall height of 2.5metres.
