The application proposes a change of use to the existing ground floor unit to a remedial massage parlour. The details of the application for the proposed change of use are as follows:
- Operating times between 9am and 6pm Monday to Sunday;
- A maximum of 3 staff and 3 patrons at any one time;
- On-site parking bays provided to the rear of the lot, accessed via the rear laneway;
- There are no external modifications to the building proposed.
