Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding ) at 32 Myrlea Trail, Alkimos (DA2022/799)
The application is seeking planning approval for a proposed outbuilding (shed) at Lot 274 (32) Myrlea Trail, Alkimos.
The proposed outbuilding is setback 1.5m to
the eastern side boundary. The total length of the
structure is 19 metres. The wall height of the outbuilding is 4.2 metres, and
the roof height is 4.9 metres.
