The application proposes a Single House Addition (Patio) at 86 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo.


The applicant is proposing the patio be 13.03m in length, with a 2.2m post height, with a 0m setback to the adjoining boundary. It is noted that the nil boundary is to the post, and the patio has eaves, gutters and roofs set back 500mm from the lot boundary.
