The application proposes Single House Additions (Retaining, Decking, Carport &Shed) as follows:
- Retaining wall within the front setback;
- Carport within the front setback;
- New patio towards the rear;
- Balcony extension towards the rear; and
- A shed towards the rear of the site.
- Due to the potential for overlooking from the balcony extension and wall height of the proposed shed, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space; and
- Amenity.
