The
application is seeking planning approval for a Single House at Lot 2045 (24) Bonavista
Road, Mindarie. A 22.2
metre long wall with major openings is proposed to the rear of the site, that
is setback 1 metre to the southern side
boundary. The subject wall is 2.8 metres
high.
Due to
setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the
following Design Principles:
