(Outbuilding) at 15 Tama Way, Pearsall (DA2022/1172)
The application is seeking approval for the existing outbuilding that is currently on the subject site. Details of the outbuilding include:
- 0.2m setback from the northern boundary;
- 0.29m setback from the eastern boundary;
- Dimensions of 4.6m x 3m; and
- Wall height of 2.3m and ridge height of 2.7m.
Due to the reduced setback distance, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space; and
- Amenity.
