invited to comment on the proposals. Details
of the proposed structures are as follows:
Outbuilding
- 1m setback from the southern boundary;
- Dimensions of 7m x 14m; and
- Wall height of 3m and ridge height of 3.5m.
Patio
- 5.2m setback from the northern boundary;
- Dimensions of 6m x 6.3m; and
- Wall height of 3.7m
