Proposed Mixed Use Commercial Development (15 Grouped Dwellings & 2 Commercial Tenancies) at 68 Boranup Avenue, Clarkson (DA2022/1061)
The application proposes 15 grouped dwellings, two commercial tenancies, associated visitor parking and landscaping across the site.
The proposal will be assessed against the Design Principles of State Planning Policy 7.3 – Volume 1 Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) along with Local Planning Policy 4.27 – Mixed Use Zones. You are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space;
- Amenity
- Appropriateness to the locality; and
- Respect for the natural ground levels of the site.
