The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 November 2022
The application is seeking planning approval for a number of additions to the Single House at Lot 463 (60) Mindarie Drive, Quinns Rocks including a retaining wall along the eastern side boundary, an external staircase to the rear of the dwelling, and a Garage (Outbuilding) abutting the western side boundary.
