The application proposes
a single house with a boundary wall abutting a lot boundary. The wall seeks a
length of 9.9m and is a maximum height of 3.1m.
The application also
proposes a setback to the ground floor living room at 1m due to the wall
containing two windows. It should be noted that the windows do not pose any
overlooking to the adjoining property
