Proposed Change of Use to Bed and Breakfast at 5 Cave Loop, Yanchep - DA2022/1213
The abovementioned application is seeking approval for a room within the existing house at 5 Cave Loop, Yanchep to be used for a ‘Bed and Breakfast’. Residents of the dwelling will live in the house when guests stay.
Details of the application include the following:
- A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children at any one time;
- Guests are to only use Bedroom 1 and the attached ensuite and are to enter via the front door;
- Maximum length of stay is 1 week;
- No meals will be provided to guests;
- Check-in from 2-8pm and check-out by 10am;
- No pets are permitted on the property;
- Noise restrictions will apply from 10pm;
- Car parking will be provided on site;
- No modifications are proposed to the existing dwelling.
