The application proposes a single house at 90 Griffiths Road, Sinagra. The City is seeking comments in relation to the below components of the proposal:
- Setback of garage from the northern boundary;
- Setback of single house from the eastern boundary; and
- Height of retaining wall on the northern and eastern boundary.
