The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 December 2022
The
application proposes a carport at the abovementioned address. Details of the carport
include the following:
- 9.9 metres in length;
- Wall height of 3.3 metres; and
- Roof setback 0.5 metre from eastern boundary with the posts proposed at nil.
Due to the reduced setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
