The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 December 2022

 

The applicant proposes a patio at 22 Lyndley Road, Banksia Grove.

Details of the proposal as included below:


  • 8.4 metres in length and 5.6 metres in width;
  • Wall height of 3.6 metres; and
  • Posts are located nil from both boundaries.

Due to the reduced setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

 

  • Building bulk;
  • Sunlight and ventilation;
  • Overlooking;
  • Effective use of space; and
  • Amenity.
