Proposed Three Storey Mixed Use Development comprising 33 Multiple Dwellings, 14 Holiday Accommodation Units and a Ground Floor Restaurant – Lot 9047 (500) Maritime Drive, Jindalee (DA2022/1521)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 January 2023.

 

The application proposes a 3 storey mixed use development incorporating: 


  • 33 Multiple Dwellings;
  • 14 Holiday Accommodation units;
  • One ground floor commercial tenancy - Restaurant; and
  • 79 car bays and 14 motorcycle bays.
