Proposed Single House 9 Swansea Promenade, Mindarie (DA2022/1382)  

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 January 2023.

The application proposes a single house at 9 Swansea Promenade, Mindarie. The applicant is proposing 2m² of overlooking into the adjoining properties and an additional retaining wall with a maximum of 1.6m of fill to the adjoining properties boundaries to the rear.

Due to the overlooking and retaining walls, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

• Amenity
