Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 202
The City of Wanneroo has prepared the abovementioned local planning scheme amendment for the purpose of imposing new zoning and land use controls for the Neerabup Industrial Area into District Planning Scheme No. 2. This amendment was forwarded to the Western Australian Planning Commission and modified for advertising on their recommendation.
Amendment No. 7 to the Neerabup Industrial Area Local Structure Plan No. 17
The abovementioned amendment has been prepared for the purpose of removing zoning and land use permissibility requirements which are currently in this structure plan – and provide updated guidance to coordinate subdivision and development of the Neerabup Industrial Area into the future.
