The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 January 2023.

The application proposes a single house at 17 Malacca Way, Mindarie and the applicant is proposing the following variations:

• A ground floor setback of 1.05m to the adjoining lot boundary to the south, in lieu of 1.5m (for a wall length of 8.77m);
• An upper floor setback of 1.1m to the adjoining lot boundary to the south, in lieu of 1.2m (for a wall length of 6.36m); and
• 1m² of overlooking from the upper living space and 2.8m² of overlooking from the balcony into the adjoining lot to the south.
