Single House Addition (Retaining Wall) at 1 Burt Street, Quinns Rocks
(DA2023/70)
The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 21
February 2023.
The
application proposes to extend the previously approved retaining to maintain a
top of wall (T.O.W) height of 9.7 AHD (previously 9.7 and terraced to 8.8 AHD
along the northern boundary (shared boundary). As a result, the height of the
retaining will increase from 1.2 metres in height to a total of 2.1 metres in
the north-western corner, where it tapers to meet ground level along the
northern and western boundaries.
