Single House Addition (Timber Decking) at 3 Two Rocks Road, Two Rocks

The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22
February 2023.
The
application is seeking approval for the existing timber decking that is
currently on site. Details of the
proposal include:
- Timber decking located on top of the existing carport;
- Timber decking setback 0.5m from the north western boundary and setback 5.5m from the north eastern boundary; and
- A privacy screen is only provided along the length of the north western boundary (parallel to the boundary).
