The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 27 February 2023.
The application proposes a change of use to Short Term Accommodation at 6 Penzance Terrace, Mindarie. The details of the application are as follows:
- A maximum of 8 guests are proposed at any one time;
- The proposed use will occupy the entire site;
- A total of 2 on site bays are provided, with on-street parking available;
- Check in time is from 3pm and checkout time is 10am or earlier;
- Guests are required to have a minimum stay of 2 nights;
- Pets are not permitted on the premises; and
- A management plan has been provided by the applicant, which is available to view below for the advertising period detailing the operation.
